We provide an array of services tailored to professional uniforms. Some of IEA’s customers may only need one of the services. IEA views its customer as a partnership since IEA is very involved in the entire process.
Our sales team works closely with customers to develop a comprehensive uniform program, including precise step-by-step action plans with strategic timetables for new uniform introduction, phase-in, delivery, storage and reporting systems. The programs are regularly assessed and altered to maximize efficiency and effect.
The design of a uniform reflects the corporate image and culture. The uniform conveys a message of professionalism, confidence and elegance and at the same time, optimized for comfort and functionality to the wearer.
Our team of designers specializes in creating unique uniform styles, utilizing innovative color schemes, fabrics and accessories. Furthermore, we are able to design promotional items for special themes and events. Upon the customer accepting the design, our designers will develop the patterns and grades accordingly to the customer’s sizing requirements and input from our 20 years of experience in manufacturing uniforms.

As we live in a global era, so too has our production facilities expanded globally. We have production facilities in China and in other countries. All of IEA’s facilities comply with quality and social regulations.
The most important aspect of production is quality assurance. Quality assurance is not merely putting on the finishing touch, but a crucial step performed at every level of the manufacturing process. From fabric weaving to sewing on the last button, our Quality Assurance team and highly skilled Production team work together to ensure that every detail of the uniform is made according to the customer’s standard. In the case when special requirements are requested, IEA is prompt and flexible to meet customers’ ad hoc needs.
We have extensive experience in global freight forwarding, from the small parcels to full container loads to nearly every country in the world. We utilize the domiciled country’s companies to facilitate the successful customs clearance.
We have warehouse facilities to handle the customer’s inventory and distribution requirements. We use the latest warehouse management system and implement industry-norm standard operating procedures to effectively manage the shipping, receiving, put-away and picking process.
We developed a proprietary online ordering portal that allows customers to empower their employees to order. The portal includes a business-to-business procurement workflow module that allows customers to effectively oversee and manage the ordering process from the line worker to the administrator.
The systems and procedures all integrate seamlessly into IEA’s ERP and supply chain systems to further maximize the distribution efficiency and reduction of errors. Our flexible and scalable logistic solutions allows for cost-effective solutions for all the various types of customer requirements.
